Practical Methods for Modelling Behaviour of Reservoir Organisms Grown in Biofilms

A range of thermophilic bacteria derived from North Sea reservoirs and production facilities has been collected during studies related to the investigation of sulphide souring. Several methods have been developed in our laboratories in order to monitor the effect of various growth conditions and treatments on these organisms.
