We have an opportunity for a proposals co-ordinator to join our sales team and help with business growth by winning new opportunities. The primary responsibility will be to co-ordinate all the necessary steps to deliver professionally written proposal content that clearly articulates the services proposed to our clients.


  • Liaising with engineering and / or technical departments to ensure the correct technical content is provided in a timely manner
  • Collation, formatting and costing of proposals to meet client expectations
  • Preparation of bids in response to requests for quotation or tender documents
  • Preparing project handover documents and conducting project handover meetings
  • Assisting with the development of promotional materials, presentations, costing and reference database
  • Collating, formatting and developing sales presentations


  • A first degree that includes a good basis in engineering or chemistry
  • Experience in sales or similar industry a benefit, but not necessary
  • Excellent presentation, writing, grammar and spelling ability
  • Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Must be able to plan and organise allocated tasks to meet project deadlines and budgets; attention to detail is a necessity
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team as well as independently is essential
  • Computer literate in Microsoft standard software packages such as, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
